- 选取2010-2019年攀枝花地区气象数据,采用基于“黄金分割率”的人体舒适度指数计算和等级划分法,分析攀枝花地区气候康养资源,并与南北方典型城市对比探析其优势; 分析2015-2019年攀枝花地区呼吸系统疾病就诊人数特征及其受当地同期气候、舒适度的影响,同时与北方典型城市进行对比。结果表明:攀枝花地区日平均气温14.6 ℃~26.8 ℃、日平均气压876.2~885.3 hPa、相对湿度59%~74%、冬季月均日照时数217.5~247.2 h。气候上属于无冬区,具有避寒康养优势; 夏季最热月在5月,而盛夏时(7-8月)比中国东部地区气候宜人,具有避暑康养优势。舒适度研究显示,当地“舒适”、“凉爽”等级天数最多,无“严寒”、“寒冷”和“冷”等级天气,多年平均年广义舒适期可达246.4天,宜居利养。当地呼吸系统疾病发病呈现低温效应,“舒适”、“微热”等级天气康养效果最佳,21 ℃~23 ℃气温范围及6-9月雨季气候可有效降低发病风险。相对危险度(RR)研究显示,若北方候鸟人群冬季前往相对温暖的攀枝花避寒旅居,此气候趋利行为对应呼吸系统疾病发病人次占比降低,降幅在24.62%及以上,表明攀枝花“暖冬”气候对相关候鸟人群的发病风险降低效应,即避寒康养效应。
- Abstract:
- Based on the meteorological data of Panzhihua from 2010 to 2019, the human comfort index calculation and grading method based on “golden section rate” were used to analyze the climate wellness resources in Panzhihua, and its advantages were compared with those in typical cities in the north and south. This paper analyzes the characteristics of respiratory disease patient numbers in Panzhihua from 2015 to 2019, and investigated their relationship with local climate and comfort in the same period, while comparing them horizontally and vertically with typical cities in the north. The findings indicate that the climate range conducive to health care in Panzhihua includes a daily average temperature range of 14.6 ℃-26.8 ℃, daily average pressure range of 876.2-885.3 hPa, a suitable relative humidity range of 59%-74%, and a monthly average sunshine hours of 217.5-247.2 h in winter. Climatically, it belongs to a winter-free area, which has the advantage of avoiding cold and maintaining health; The hottest month in summer is in May, and the summer season(July-August)is more pleasant than the eastern part of China, which has the advantage of summer vacation and health care. The comfort research shows that there are the most comfortable and cool days in the local area, and there are no severe cold, cold and cold weather. The average annual generalized comfort period can reach 246.4 days, so it is suitable for living and maintaining. The incidence of respiratory diseases in the local area shows a low temperature effect, and the “comfortable” and “slightly hot” weather has the best health care effect. The temperature range of 21 ℃-23 ℃ and the rainy season climate from June to September can effectively reduce the risk of illness. The study of relative risk(RR)shows that if migratory birds from the north, such as Beijing, migrate to Panzhihua to avoid the cold in winter, the proportion of respiratory diseases corresponding to this climate-seeking behavior will decrease by 24.62% or more, indicating that the “warm winter” climate in Panzhihua has a risk reduction effect on the relevant migratory birds, that is, the effect of avoiding the cold and keeping healthy.
