- 随着企业现代技术化的普及发展,越来越多企业的生产趋向专业化,进而使单个企业很难做到企业生产中的各个细节,因此对于那些非核心领域的工作更多地会选择通过企业间的合作来完成。企业之间的合作交流是完善企业供应链,提高企业核心竞争力的重要手段。而供应商的评价和选择问题是实现企业合作与交流所要面临的重要问题。依据部分企业的现状,结合专家评价、定量计算等方面知识,介绍了一种基于层次分析法的简单方便的供应商选择方法,并对该方法进行了简单的应用,实现了合理选择供应商的目的。
- Abstract:
- With the development of enterprise modernization,More enterprises are becoming more specialized in production,so that a single enterprise is very difficult to take into account all the details of production,so for the non-core area of enterprises,they will choose more work done by the cooperation between enterprises.The cooperation among enterprises is the necessary means to improve the supply chain and to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The evaluation and selection of suppliers is an important problem for enterprises to cooperate.According to the present situation of some enterprises,this paper introduces a simple selection method of suppliers based on analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)combined with expert evaluation, and then we apply this method simply to realize the suppliers selection reasonably.
