- 设计一个X波段双波束多通道T/R组件,含有8个通道,组件由腔体、射频多层板、环形隔离器、功放低噪放、幅相多功能、电源调制电路及馈电网络组成。发射为分时双波束,接收为实时双波束,发射预置两个波束的移相码,波束切换速度快。组件使用对称性设计和微组装工艺,一致性好。试验结果表明,组件发射输出功率≥33 dBm,噪声≤3.2 dB,所有指标均满足预期要求。
- Abstract:
- An X band dual-beam multichannel T/R module is designed, which consists of 8 channels, including a cavity, RF multilayer board, ring isolator, power amplifier with low noise, amplitude-phase multifunction, power modulation circuit, and feed network. Transmitting is a time-sharing double beam, receiving is a real-time double beam, transmitting preset phase shift code of two beams, beam switching speed is fast. Components use symmetrical design and a micro-assembly process for good consistency. Measured results show that the output power of the module is ≥33 dBm and the noise is ≤3.2 dB, and all the indexes meet the expected requirements.
